Champs Post Installation – Terms of Service

Office & Installation Hours

• Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (excluding holidays)
• Installer hours: Tuesday–Saturday
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically installed the next business day (some remote areas may require additional time)

Rental Services Overview

• We provide post rental and installation services for real estate signage.
• The installation fee includes:
  • One post installation
  • One post removal
  • Up to 6 months of post rental

Extension Fees

• After the 6-month rental period ends, extension fees apply until we receive a valid removal request:
• Months 6–12: $18 every 3 months
• After 12 months: $6 per month
• You must submit a removal request to stop extension charges.
• No request = continued rental + monthly extension fees.
• Customers receive weekly post activity reports and monthly billing statements.

Billing & Payment Policy

• Charges are billed to your credit card on file at the time of service or rental renewal.
• It is your responsibility to keep billing information current.
• Declined card = $1 fee + post pickup if unresolved.
• $50 fee applies for any unwarranted credit card disputes resolved in Champs' favor.

Post Removal Requests

• Requests must be placed online or by phone.
• We will email a removal confirmation—this is your receipt.
• No removal request = no stop in billing.
• Do not remove or relocate posts. Damaged or missing items may incur replacement charges.
• Missing items not returned within 2 weeks of removal request will be billed as lost.

Lost/Damaged Inventory

• Customers are responsible for lost or damaged posts, riders, or accessories.
• Damage includes graffiti, removal damage, natural disasters, HOA removal, etc.

Customer Access

• Login anytime to view billing history, place or cancel orders, or update billing info.

Discounts

• Online installation order: $2.04 discount
• Online removal order: Additional $2.04 discount

Fuel Surcharge

• Installation/removal trip: Equivalent to one gallon of gas (e.g., $3.45)
• Reinstall or extra trip: Half surcharge (e.g., $1.73)

Reinstall Policy

• Installation guaranteed for 7 days.
• Free reinstall within that period if post is leaning or down.
• Nominal fee applies for reinstalls requested after 7 days.

Liability Waiver

• We are not liable for damage to underground utilities.
• We are not liable for keys left at the property.
• Request Blue Stake before installation to mark utilities.

HOA/Property Restrictions

• Notify us of any HOA signage rules before installation.
• Additional trips due to HOA rules may result in extra charges.

Storage Policy

• We will store your signs and accessories if used at least once annually.
• Stored items are not insured. Champs is not liable for loss or damage.

Dispute Policy

• Charges are based on timestamped order and service history.
• By placing an order, you accept these terms.
• Unwarranted chargebacks resolved in our favor will incur a $100 processing fee.

Legal & Agreement Acknowledgment

• All orders are bound by this agreement.
• Terms are subject to change and posted online.
• Placing an order constitutes agreement to these Terms of Service.
